What We Do

We pair you one‑on‑one with a top‑scoring PSAT / SAT coach, map out the exact courses that will lift (not just maintain) your GPA, and help you craft summer plans that turn curiosity into concrete credentials. Every decision is benchmarked against the admissions data of the colleges on your list.

PAIN POINT

  • “I don’t know which APs are worth the workload.”

  • “My summers feel under‑utilized.”

OUR SOLUTION

  • Two pronged approach: (1) dedicated tutor builds data driven study program and (2) mentors make sure your strengths are on display

  • A course‑selection roadmap optimizes academic rigor and GPA protection, semester by semester.

  • We outline research, internship, or pre‑college programs that align with your intended major and distinguish your application.

How It Helps You

What We Do

True leadership starts with serving others. Through weekly 1‑to‑1 sessions with active‑duty military officers, startup founders, CEOs and public‑sector changemakers, you’ll discover your leadership style, refine your voice, and turn service‑driven ideas into real‑world impact on campus or in your community.

Find Your Compass: Clarify the values you’re willing to stand for and the communities you want to uplift

Serve, Then Lead: Design and launch a service‑first project—whether a school initiative, nonprofit campaign, or tech solution—that solves a tangible problem and mobilizes a team.

Impact, Quantified: Track outcomes (funds raised, hours logged, lives reached) and translate them into stories that resonate with admissions committees and future teammates.

Command Presence: Practice decision‑making, concise communication, and after‑action reviews straight from the platoon, the boardroom, and the C‑suite.

I

Meet The Founder

Growing up in Brooklyn, NY, I became the first woman from my immigrant community to attend West Point. What started as my own confusing journey through service academy admissions quickly revealed a larger truth: reliable information and guidance in this process are incredibly hard to find for most students.

During my application process, I cobbled together advice from an eclectic network of mentors—friends of friends who generously offered their wisdom and support. These connections became invaluable, turning into years-long mentorships and friendships that I couldn't have succeeded without. Their guidance made me realize how many talented students miss opportunities simply because they lack access to straightforward information and supportive mentorship.

This realization inspired me to found Project OnPoint. As soon as I received my appointment to West Point, I began advising other students nationwide, determined to break down the information barriers that make service academy admissions seem like an impenetrable black box. Over the past five years, I've had the privilege of guiding hundreds of students through their admissions journeys and even established the Cadet Ambassador Program at West Point—the first cadet-led admissions initiative at any military academy.

My mission is simple and deeply personal: to provide every aspiring cadet with the kind of genuine guidance and clear information that was so crucial to my own success. I believe in personalized mentorship because I've experienced firsthand how transformative it can be. Through Project OnPoint, I'm committed to helping students not only strengthen their applications but also gain the confidence and clarity they need to make informed decisions about their future in service.
